The place where you go to pitch ideas for new clans. All you need is a decent description of what the clan is capable of and a brief history of where they've been and you'll probably be approved.

The Hitokui Clan

Clan Abilities Overview- Normal at a glance, the Hitokui's many oddities are not immediately visible. Sharpened teeth and intricate throat muscles lead into a digestive system twice as thick as any normal person's and stomach acids far stronger to digest steel if they felt a need. Immune while consuming most toxins, and undeterred when chewing into something as rough as stone, the Hitokui's cannibalistic tendancies have manifested unusual traits and an unsettling kekkei genkai often referred to as "Flesh Release". Making use of a secondary stomach, they're able to set aside and store organic matter in a compact state. Storing it enables its use in various clan jutsu, but is also vital to a higher class shinobi from the clan. At advanced levels, the stored matter can be converted into chakra, or alternatively chakra may be used to create more matter for these jutsu.

-The Clan's distorted anatomy has rendered the Eight Gates impossible for them. Ultimately they have traded this potential off for the ability to hasten and enhance their own recovery with 'Flesh Release', which even allows them to generate abnormal limbs and growths for their own use. The extent of these growths is limited to the organic matter they have stored in their second stomach, unless the shinobi is skilled enough to convert their own chakra into organic matter.

Clan History: Children of Sunagakure, born in a time when resources were scarce and the desert harsh. With empty bellies and heavy hearts, the village's founding families faced difficult decisions and one would descend into a terrible taboo to maintain their strength. Feasting on the flesh of their dead, the Hitokui held the strength to carry on. They turned what was an act of desperation into a tradition, believing that the consumption of their own (And in time others) gave them powers above and beyond any normal human being. Warped mantra spread through the ages, even as the village flourished, until the flesh they imbibed started a gradual evolution past the diseases their feasting frequently plagued their clan with. Manifesting as a Kekkei Genkai, they developed what is a second stomach intended to set aside and store the organic material they have consumed for use in their own unsettling jutsu. Many clans kept the Hitokui clan at a distance for their practices, but it wasn't until recent years that they were viewed as pariah in much the same was as the Hanyou. The rise of Jinzo Hitokui as head of their people saw the clan descend into madness as he placed worship on the six tailed beast and encouraged his own to part from tradition and prey on the living. He inspired war with his village and the resulting rebellion saw their clan nearly destroyed with only remnants scattered across the nations. The successing head of their fallen clan stood out as Jinzo's eldest son, Yami Hitokui. Known to every village as The Unslakable Blade, Yami was responsible for the deaths and devouring of countless shinobi during the rebellion and considered a missing nin with an extremely valuable price on his head. Fortunately, the clan was not without a shred of sanity in its descendants. Yuuji Hitokui, the second and youngest son of Jinzo, would rise up and destroy his elder brother to give their clan a fresh start in Honegakure.

The Dokuchi Clan

Clan Abilities: Those Dokuchi clan are born completely immune to all forms of venom and poison and are also able to secret various poisons from their pores. This makes them expert assassins for the simplest brush of skin against skin can bring down a target. The clan also makes use of poison based jutsu and just has hundreds of years of poison crafting knowledge under their belts making them the greatest poisoners in all the land.

Clan History: The Dokuchi clan trace their origins back several hundred years to the land of swamps. The founder Takada Dokuchi had led his family into the swamps to escape their cruel lord. For years they hid in the swamps constantly avoiding the soldiers of the cruel lord unable to fight back due to their lack of training or any real weapons. For several years Takada led his family around the swamps avoiding the army until finally they entered the center of the swamp. The center of the swamp was a hazardous area where only fungi seemingly survived. Miasma hung in some areas felling those who entered. Trapped it seemed like only a matter of time until the family died from either starvation or poison. Takada was despairing as he watched his family fall ill and slowly starve. He begged the gods to spare his family, but no answer came from the sky. Instead it came in the form of a large salamander. The massive creature offered the man a deal. In return for the power to defeat their enemies the clan would honor the Salamanders and his family with sacrifices and prayers for as long as the line continued. With the power granted by the Salamander Bokun Takada and his family laid waste to their enemies and flourished in the swamps. For many generations they were left relatively undisturbed until people began to seek them out. Now the clan sends out members as ambassadors to the various villages with a few stationed in Honegakure.

Name: Tankou Clan

Clan Abilities:
Kinzoku Senshin is a Secret Clan ability unique to the Tankou Clan. They possess a special genetic power that allows them to press chakra to any part of them and absorb metal to their body by touching another metal. It is crucial that the metal must be of good size in order for the clan member to absorb it entirely to their body - a sword is a minimum example. However, they must rapidly consume chakra while in the state to maintain it. Also, if they're to touch iron, a "rust" disadvantage is inhabited into them. They're only able to stay in that state for a lower amount of time. From the first time they absorb iron, their maximum limit is only three post cycles. This can be increased in training -for every six paragraphs during in that state, it increases the limit by one post. The same goes for other metals.The Tankou's metal can also be used to conduct electricity, essentially reducing some of the power from Raiton attacks and converting it to power. Zen can absorb 50% of Raiton techniques and convert it to power himself up.

The Tankou clan have the ability to absorb the properties of any metallic object they touch. They'll be able to increase their strength, durability, structure, and speed depending on the type of metal [Mohs Hardness], but they cannot absorb anything above a Mohs Hardness of 10. At minimum absorbing even the weakest of all metals, their physical features increase by 10-19% [Mohs Hardness- 0.1-2], by 20-35% [Mohs Hardness- 2.1-4], by 36-50% [Mohs Hardness- 4.1-5]. by 51-75% [Mohs Hardness- 5.1-7.5], by 75%-85%[Mohs Hardness- 7.5-8.5], and 85%- 100% [Mohs Hardness-8.5-10].

Clan History: The Tankou Clan originated from the lands of Iwagakure. The Earth Country Daimyo had ordered the Stone Village to build him an indestructible killing machine from which he can control if this weapon disaobeys him. The main person on top of this project was a man named Jiyasha. A man who was also a former samurai, going by the name of "Koumanzen", was Jiyasha's prime experimental specimen. "Koumanzen" had a unique feature inside of him where instead of blood flowing through his veins, there laid yellow fluids called "senkyuu". The unique flood tastes and feels very much like blood. Senkyuu allows a person to contain an unusually large stamina capacity. They'll be able to stay up without going to sleep for long periods of time and can maintain fights longer than normal. However, Senkyuu also contains and produces energy cells, similiar but slightly inferior to a soldier pill. Because of this, Koumanzen's chakra color is purely golden. But more interesting would be that metallic particles are also flowing within Koumanzen's senkyuu.

Jiyasha had stimulated and activated these metallic particles to a certain extent. Experimenting on Koumanzen's body, he injected an absorption virus, from which it would denote into absorption cells by a chakra signal from Jiyasha. As Jiyasha gave the command, the absorption cells combined with the metallic particles and multiplied throughout Koumanzen's body and skin. The mutation awakened Koumanzen in a fustration of pain and power. Jiyasha had marveled at his successful experiment, he had created a super soldier with superhuman strength. However, a certain event occured that had turned Jiyasha's plan gone wrong. Koumanzen had touched the nearby iron bars and it had seemed as though it had burned his entire head and inflicted great pain. He laid there- moaning, but was sticked to the bar. Suddenly, Koumanzen's skin began to darken and change color and the iron bars crumbled. In a rage, he killed Jiyasha.

After the destruction of the base that Jiyasha had experimented in, Koumanzen had traveled the world in order to find use of his newly found powers. From him, the Tankou clan began.

Clan Abilities: The members of the Sekiyu Clan all possess a special kekkei genkai. While the melding of earth and fire chakra normally creates Lava Release jutsu and the occasional rubber based jutsu, the Sekiyu Clan's nature transformation kekkei genkai has lead to the development of Tar Release jutsu. As the name implies, these jutsu revolve around the production of a thick, viscous, and sticky gunk. While lacking the outright offensive capabilities of fire jutsu, Tar Release has some ample field control along with some bare basic elemental type jutsu. Though, by mixing other basic ninja techniques, the Sekiyu Clan has proven to be a great powerhouse even when relying on just their kekki genkai.

Clan History: In Kirigakure, where most people have an affinity towards water chakra, those with earth and fire natures could be seen as odd balls. Some of those eventually combined the two elements to form the destructive Lava Release jutsus, which admittedly does have some liquid-esque properties, is a far cry from the typically more stealth oriented water jutsu the village was known for.
Some ninja with talents in less immediately destructive areas were able to twist the two elements into Tar Release. While working in conjunction with typical nin of the village, creating tar pits within the fogs, and wonders were crafted. Some of these tar ninja worked amongst themselves, relying upon the flammable nature of the tar to accomplish their more lethal missions.
And these ninja who mastered the art of Tar Release coalesced into what is nowadays called the Sekiyu Clan. Some members are blessed to have two kekkei genkai, and wield tar and lava.

Tankou Clan: Doesn't really need all the post limit numbers and whatnot. This is a trust-based system. It's fine and can be considered approved.

Sekiyu: Approved.
